		The map and data products are divided into the following segments (Search In: CD Maps, Digital Maps, Digital Data and Paper Maps) Each segment has following categories (Search Category: All India, State, District and City)

		1. How do I find the CD Maps that I need ? Lets illustrate with an example: You are looking for city CD map. Please follow the following steps: Step1: In the Search In: Select CD Maps from the list Step2: In Search Category: Select City from the list Step3: The listing of all products will come. Now you can Request for Quote for the products. It will go to RFQ cart and there you can fill the particular city of your choice.

		2. How do I find Digital maps that I need ? Lets illustrate with an example: You are looking for State Digital map. Please follow the following steps: Step1: In Search In: Select Digital Maps from the list Step2: In Search Category: Select State from the list Step3: The listing of all products will come. Now you can Request for Quote for the products. It will go to RFQ cart and there you can fill the particular State of your choice.

		3. How do I find Digital Data that I need ? Digital Data products coming soon.

		4. How do I find Paper Maps that I need ? Please follow the following steps: Step1: In the Search In: Select Paper Maps from the list Step2: Click on Search. This will show Mappls Mumbai Pathfinder.

		5. How do I find World Map & Data that I need ? Please follow the following steps: Step1: Click on the World Map & Data link. This will list all the countries. Step2: Click on any country of your interest. This will list all products of our product line, (CD Maps, Digital Maps, Digital Data & Paper Maps).

		6. How do I place an order or Request for Quote ? Once you have searched for the product of your interest by following the above steps, now to place an order or Request for Quote do the following: Step1: Next to the description of every product, there is either a "Buy It Now" option or "Request for Quote" option. Step2: In case of "Buy It Now" option, click the option and the item will go directly into the "shopping cart', just as if you were putting something in your shopping cart in a grocery store. You will then be given an option to continue shopping or to checkout. On checking out shopcart containing all the products will be displayed for your review. On submitting the shopcart, fill your name, e-mail id (email is for logging into our website for future correspondence), now click on Place order, the order is placed. An e-mail confirmation of the same will be received by you at your e-mail id. Step3: "Request For Quote" is to quote for all those items in the map & data store that do not have published prices. When these products are listed you will see a request for quote button. Clicking on this button, will add this product to your RFQ Cart that you have requested a quote for. You will then be given an option to continue or to submit RFQ. For submitting RFQ, you have to be a member of our website, if already a member, please enter a member name and password, otherwise sign up now. The RFQ cart will list all products for your review. On submitting the RFQ cart, your request for quote is submitted for consideration. Please note the RFQ no. for future reference. We will process your request and inform you accordingly.
